Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Cupid Flora provide their service to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of Australian Goods and Service Tax.
• You have familiarised yourself with our delivery information and returns policy.
• The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted.

Deliveries

We can deliver flowers and or gifts throughout Australia. All orders received on the website by 8.00 am Western Standard Time will be delivered on the same day within the Metropolitan Area in WA. Country and Interstate orders will be delivered within 48 hours or as soon as possible, if no delivery date is specified.

For overseas orders please phone 08 9249 1091 for prices for relevant countries as these have to be delivered through Teleflora and the prices are different to those on the website.

In the unlikely event of your flowers not being delivered or received within the specified timeframe mentioned above, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.

If the address given is incorrect we will re-deliver the order with an additional $10.00 charge. If the recipient is not at the address you have given we will do our best to leave the flowers in a safe location.

Minimum order for delivery is $40.00. We will deliver free within the CBD and major hospitals in the City Area. Our delivery charges are:

• $10.00 for metropolitan area
• $12.00 for country areas
• $18.00 for interstate and overseas orders

Cancellation

If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will provide a full refund back to your credit card less an administrative fee of $10.00. We will not be able to give you any refund if cancelled on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way.

Security

Although this is the "Age of the Internet", many people are still worried about trading over the internet. We can assure you that we have done everything possible to protect your credit card details while purchasing products from us.

Privacy Policy

Once you have purchased an item from the online store, your details will be recorded on our database. This database is for our delivery department, and your convenience upon returning to our shop. We will not sell, trade or rent information from this database, and if in future we use this information for any promotions, you will be given the option of being excluded.
